Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and execute on-ground and digital marketing activations that align with the brand's objectives and strategies.
  • Plan, organize, and support marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and pop-up events, from concept to execution.
  • Establish relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure necessary materials, services, and venues for marketing activations.
  • Assist in developing and executing promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Track activation expenses and ensure all projects are completed within budget.
  • Gather feedback and measure the effectiveness of marketing activations, preparing detailed reports on outcomes and suggesting areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communications project management, preferably in a large service organization setting.
  • Experience in managing, coordinating, and overseeing large-scale events.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $24.00 to $29.00 per hour. We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health and life insurance, paid and unpaid time off, and retirement and savings plans to qualifying employees.
