Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in business-to-business customer service.
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a call center environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.
