Job Summary:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will lead and manage client programming, behavior interventions, staff development, classroom management, and parent training. Your exceptional leadership qualities and strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles will enable you to develop individualized treatment plans for each client and communicate goals/progress with your team.


Your Key Responsibilities:

You will meet weekly billable hour requirements, conduct initial and ongoing cases using appropriate tools, train and supervise an average caseload of 6 clients and Technicians at capacity, provide supervision for BCBA/BCaBA candidates, and develop parent training goals and lead parent training meetings. You will also collaborate with Speech and Occupational Therapists to coordinate the therapy of shared clients and provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children as necessary.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field, along with BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and valid state licensing for location(s) of practice. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team setting, and maintain strict client confidentiality following HIPAA protocol.

This salaried, full-time position offers over $20,000 in bonus eligibility on top of a base salary estimated at $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
