About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Analyst II to join our team at the University of California, Irvine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing data and systems related to grant writing, pre-award administration, and reporting for the School of Law.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze data and systems to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance grant writing and pre-award administration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Provide recommendations for process improvement and strategic planning
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in policy analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the School of Law and its programmatic activities
  • Ability to navigate various systems and databases
