Job Overview
The Partnership Development Executive plays a crucial role in fostering, maintaining, and expanding strategic alliances between Cornerstone Building Brands and key community organizations and businesses within a designated region.

This role is primarily dedicated to securing, nurturing, and enhancing Workplace Partnerships while elevating Cornerstone's presence in the communities we serve through active involvement and support in community and partner events.

The Executive will be vital in coordinating services and product offerings within partnered organizations, ensuring collaboration with Cornerstone's Business Partners, particularly Service Centers, throughout this process.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with community and Workplace Partners.
- Manage ongoing relationships with community and Workplace Partners.
- Organize, schedule, and represent Cornerstone at community and partner events.
- Lead the Community Impact Team to drive success across all business lines.
- Oversee CRM management to track and enhance partnerships.

Compliance
Adhere to Cornerstone policies and procedures, as well as regulations relevant to the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of general business development or sales experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales within a credit union or financial institution.

Note: Relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements.

Skills and Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of business and relationship development strategies.
- Exceptional ability to adapt communication styles to diverse audiences, along with strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational capabilities; adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM software.

Certifications
Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Work Environment
This position may involve occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Frequent sitting and talking are required, along with the ability to manage repetitive motions.

Compensation
The pay range for this position is competitive and based on various factors including relevant experience, specific skills, and education.

This position is also eligible for a corporate bonus program based on company performance.
