Collaborate with our experienced Branch Managers to coach and mentor a high-performing team, focusing on performance management and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a local business plan to drive market share and client growth
  • Coach and mentor a team of branch professionals to achieve exceptional performance
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers to drive business results and employee engagement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform business decisions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work-related experience
  • Valid and active Series 7 license
  • Valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license
  • Valid and active Series 9/10 (8) license (may be obtained within a 90-day condition of employment)
  • Ability to relocate across the network when a manager role becomes available
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in the financial services industry with leadership experience
  • Ability to provide ongoing employee coaching, development, and recognition
  • Demonstrated business development experience with a strong drive for results
  • Passion for focusing on retention and development of top talent through coaching, performance management, and employee engagement
  • Openness to building and deepening relationships with clients, within the community, and within Schwab to achieve desired results
  • Valid and active Life and Health Insurance license (may be obtained within a 120-day condition of employment)
  • CFP designation is preferred
  • Strong brokerage and industry knowledge
