  • Manage inventory, monitor safety and security, and ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for crew members to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
