Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing marketing strategies to elevate the Vector brand and its offerings.

  • Planning and implementing both outbound and inbound marketing activities, showcasing expertise in various domains such as event management, social media, advertising, and content creation.
  • Leading, organizing, and facilitating events including webinars, conferences, and exhibitions, along with associated promotional strategies.
  • Developing and executing outreach initiatives to engage target audiences through suitable channels, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of marketing metrics (such as promotional outcomes, conversion rates, and traffic analytics) to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Monitoring competitors to understand their market development tactics and messaging.
  • Executing specific tasks within the marketing plan as assigned.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Experience in automotive industry marketing (OEM or supplier interactions).
  • Background in technology marketing (software experience is advantageous).
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of marketing experience is required.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to translate detailed feature and function messages into relevant use cases and benefits for target audiences.

Preferred:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient understanding of technical B2B communications (IT, electronics, software, and hardware).
  • Advanced computer skills, including Office 365, MS Teams, and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite) and applications (Typo3, Web analytics, CRM).
  • Experience in video production and editing with tools like Adobe Premiere.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing channels (traditional and digital, including SEO/Social Media and Google Ads) and market research methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successful social media marketing campaigns that yield measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in marketing data analytics and tools, including Power BI.
