Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to all guests and potential guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Perform Front Desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while promoting our hotel programs.
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions with precision.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Assist with breakfast setup and service, including food preparation and cleaning duties.
- Support the team by stepping into roles such as Hot Breakfast Host/Hostess or Bartender as needed.
Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A warm and friendly demeanor to engage with the public.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating office equipment.
- The capability to work independently as scheduled.
Compensation and Benefits:
