About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Call Center Representative to join our team at Advantia Health. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences through timely and accurate scheduling, registration, and account management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting patients on the phone, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records and accounts.
  • Welcoming patients and visitors on the phone, serving as the first point of contact between the patient and our practice.
  • Performing all registration and verification for new patients, and updating registration information for established patients.
  • Effectively handling patient situations, including upset or dissatisfied customers, and collaborating with other teams to resolve customer needs efficiently and effectively.
  • Optimizing patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by phone, following established guidelines.
  • Providing comfort and reassurance to patients by anticipating their anxieties, answering their questions, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
  • Ensuring revenue growth by recording and updating financial information, and collecting patient charges.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a medical or clinical office setting.
  • Experience with EMR, computerized scheduling, and registration systems, including Athena, Greenway, and Phreesia.
  • Able to occasionally travel during the work week.
