About the Role:

We are seeking a dependable and committed individual to serve as a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings. As a Youth Advocate, you will initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Collaborate with community resources to support the needs of youth and families.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources is preferred.
