Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advocate to join our team at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. The successful candidate will provide direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families, utilizing a strength-based approach and the wrap-around model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned participants and their families.
  • Develop and implement service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model.
  • Provide support and guidance to participants and their families, promoting positive outcomes and empowering them to achieve their goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources is preferred.
