Job Summary:

As a Youth Advocate with Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., you will play a vital role in serving youth and families throughout Adams, Broomfield, and Weld Counties. This is a Part Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt position that offers flexible hours, competitive weekly pay, and activity reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate, organize, plan, develop, and implement direct advocacy services to assigned clients and their families.
  • Utilize a strength-based approach using the wrap around model to create service plans.
  • Provide a positive role model for youth in the community, school, and home settings.

Requirements:
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in community work and knowledge of community resources.
  • Bi-Lingual/Spanish Speaking is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance coverage.
