With an emphasis on exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction, the Executive Leader adheres to all organizational standards and regulations, ensuring a secure and efficient working and living atmosphere.
Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, hospitality, or a related discipline is preferred.
A minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in operational leadership with a proven track record of achieving financial objectives in senior living, assisted living, long-term care, hospitality, restaurant, or retail management.
A successful background in senior living, long-term care, hospitality, restaurant, or retail management is required.Proven ability to cultivate and maintain a quality, customer service-oriented workforce.
Experience in effectively recruiting, training, and developing team members; familiarity with performance management expectations as outlined by the organization.
Knowledge of facilities management and ensuring systems are properly maintained.
Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must comply with the organization's Motor Vehicle Policy standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to develop comprehensive sales and operational strategies aligned with the organization's goals and expectations.
Oversee and collaborate with the Community Sales Manager to evaluate competitive challenges, sales strategies, and engage in business-to-business sales initiatives.
Conduct scheduled marketing and sales activities, including but not limited to outreach calls, community tours, and sales meetings, aimed at increasing occupancy.
Implement effective strategies related to labor management, occupancy rates, expenses, and overall quality improvement, adjusting activities as necessary.Assist in formulating community budgets and capital needs, including forecasting and approving all expenditures.
Act as a liaison between field operations and the Support Center, fostering strong relationships with Support Center resources.
Conduct regular assessments and provide recommendations on all aspects of building maintenance and preventative care.
Provide on-call and overnight support as per the established schedule or as required.
Be prepared to perform various roles within the community and fill in as necessary due to training, PTO coverage, or staff absences.
Build a high-performing team and maintain high levels of employee engagement. Employee satisfaction and engagement metrics should meet or exceed organizational standards.Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, developing, and managing the performance of assigned staff, typically ranging from 18 to 24 team members.
Ensure compliance with financial management requirements for the community.
Maintain a safe working and living environment.
Conduct monthly meetings with residents and staff to facilitate effective communication.
Develop and sustain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including governmental agencies, business partners, and community organizations.
May undertake additional duties as assigned.
General Working Conditions:
This position requires prolonged periods of standing.
While performing the responsibilities of this role, the employee must communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and utilize hands for handling various equipment and documents.
The employee may occasionally need to reach with hands and arms. This role necessitates the ability to review detailed documents and read computer screens. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The work environment requires appropriate interaction with others, and the noise level is moderate.
