Role Overview

As a Home Improvement Solutions Specialist, you will engage with customers to evaluate their home improvement needs and offer a diverse range of solutions, extending beyond solar installations. This position entails inspecting roofs and attics to gain a complete understanding of each customer's requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed inspections of roofs and attics to identify potential home improvement opportunities.
  • Present and sell a range of home improvement solutions, including but not limited to solar, roofing, insulation, ventilation, and other energy-efficient upgrades.
  • Provide expert advice and create customized proposals based on the customer's specific needs and home conditions.
  • Follow up with leads generated by the company and maintain a high conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay current with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, with experience in solar or home improvement solutions preferred.
  • Versatility in Home Improvement: Experience or knowledge in selling various home improvement products and services is a plus.
  • HIS License: Required for candidates in California.
  • Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation and be flexible with work hours to accommodate customer needs.
