Position Overview
RNDC is seeking motivated and skilled Accountants to enhance our Corporate Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities
The Accountant will ensure the integrity of the general ledger through precise processing of journal entries and reconciliation of accounts and banking records. Responsibilities include:

  • Verifying, participating in, and overseeing the posting, balancing, and reconciliation of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in all entries.
  • Conducting monthly bank reconciliations, verifying all deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers, and addressing inquiries from banking institutions.
  • Performing account analysis and reconciliation, as well as establishing new accounts.
  • Reconciling daily cash flow with monthly bank statements and reviewing daily cash bank reports as necessary.
  • Verifying, posting, and reconciling payroll.
  • Assisting the General Accounting Manager with year-end audits.
  • Maintaining control over and distributing sales force incentive spreadsheets across all sales divisions.
  • Preparing financial and statistical reports as required and undertaking additional responsibilities as directed.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience, along with two to three years of relevant experience and/or training. Proficiency in 10-key by touch is essential.
