Pasco School District 1 Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Application Analyst to join our Information Systems department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing automation solutions using Laserfiche, our digital forms, workflow, and document management system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary solution developer for Laserfiche, identifying opportunities for solving business problems and improving business processes.
  • Interface with district staff to elicit system requirements and propose digital solutions.
  • Design, build, and implement automation solutions using an iterative, customer-centric approach.
  • Troubleshoot system and workflow problems, and consult with users to maximize use of software capabilities.
  • Maintain an understanding of SharePoint and Teams administrative functions, and provide backup to the primary application administrator.
Requirements:
  • Any combination of experience and education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, while maintaining a positive attitude and a commitment to task accomplishment.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and experience using custom workflow and digital form tools.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience with the Laserfiche suite, including Forms, Workflow, and Repository.
  • Exposure to PowerSchool and BusinessPlus applications.
  • Prior experience in K-12 education with an understanding of school district operations.
