Retail Technology Specialist

UNFI is seeking a highly skilled Retail Technology Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing retailer relationships across your region.
Job Overview:The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and technology, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our Regional Retail Technology Manager and other departments to plan, execute, and administer Retail Technology activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Retail Technology retailer relationships, including establishing individual retailer technology implementation plans.
- Work under the direction of the Regional Retail Technology Manager and collaborate with other Retail Technology Consultants and outside vendors.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry standards, key technology strategies, and product offerings.
- Provide technical support and training to retailers on our systems and products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and changes, and attend relevant conferences and training sessions.
- 2-year tech degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions into a clear business case for retailers.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, punctual, and able to manage a complex schedule.
