Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Abbott, a global healthcare leader. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support in response to complex field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales staff, involving CRM products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert clinical support and guidance to customers, sales representatives, and management on CRM products and related technologies.
  • Develop and lead training programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, product performance, and sales opportunities.
  • Conduct complex clinical problem-solving and provide solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to less experienced Clinical Specialists.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiology, electro-physiology, and cardiac rhythm management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Bio-Medical Engineering, related field, or equivalent healthcare experience.
  • Minimum of four years of increasingly responsible experience in the cardiac pacing and related industries.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of cardiology, electro-physiology, or cardiac electro-physiology procedures.
  • Familiarity with cath lab and operating room procedures and protocol.
  • Advanced knowledge of cardiac pacing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
