Marketing Technology Specialist

Loyal Source Government Services is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Technology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in supporting the optimization and integration of marketing technology solutions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing strategies to integrate marketing technology solutions for internal/external job boards and recruitment technology management.
  • Support the management of a $2 million budget.
  • Optimize job board platforms to enhance recruitment efficiency, team productivity, and marketing metrics visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, including campaign job performance and engagement.
  • Provide insights to optimize marketing tactics and improve B2C ROI in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Technologist.
  • Manage day-to-day interactions with vendors providing technology solutions for job boards, marketing automation, and recruitment technology stacks.
  • Negotiate terms and price with vendors.
  • Demonstrate products to leadership and recruitment.
  • Ensure effective utilization of technological features and functionalities purchased for specific verticals.
  • Support the training of marketing team members on marketing technology platforms and tools.
  • Help conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance staff proficiency in utilizing marketing technologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and industry trends.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations and strategies.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field required.
  • 2+ years professional experience in marketing technology management, digital marketing, CRM Software, or marketing operations.
  • Experience with Salesforce desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
