Assistant General Manager

Are you a customer service pro who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for leadership and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others? We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Bowlero Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve financial goals.
  • Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, schedule, plan, organize, and communicate effectively with your team.
  • Performance Review: Meet with management teams to review performance, offer direction, and adjust action plans to grow revenue and control costs.
  • Team Development: Provide coaching and guidance to encourage long-term career development of direct reports.
  • Guest Experience: Proactively build rapport with guests, achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, and ensure customer complaints are resolved appropriately.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of general management experience with staff supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues desired.
  • Basic business math, accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
  • Strong team player and people developer.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Knowledge of POS register systems.

The approximate pay range for this position is $32.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
