Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Enrollment Services Representative to join our team at our San Jose campus. As an Enrollment Services Representative, you will play a critical role in encouraging prospective students to pursue higher education and providing support and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, understanding their career goals and aspirations, and matching them with relevant Carrington College programs.
- Enrollment Support: Provide guidance and support to students throughout the enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to achieve campus start goals, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with students, colleagues, and leadership, ensuring clear and concise information is shared.
