Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and labor scheduling.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
