We are in search of a caring and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to offer specialized medical services to children. The perfect candidate will have a background in pediatric nursing, exceptional clinical abilities, and a heartfelt dedication to supporting children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver direct nursing services to pediatric patients at home, adhering to established healthcare protocols.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' health status, including vital signs and developmental assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care strategies.
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies while monitoring patient reactions.
  • Oversee medical equipment and assistive devices to ensure patient safety.
  • Educate families on medical conditions, treatment regimens, and necessary care.
  • Maintain precise documentation of patients' medical histories and assess the effectiveness of nursing interventions.
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies and adhere to emergency procedures.
  • Stay informed about pediatric nursing advancements and engage in professional development opportunities.
  • Exhibit empathy, patience, and respect in all interactions with patients and their families.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews and participate in Agency-sponsored training programs for professional advancement.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Fulfill mandatory continuing education requirements and uphold licensure.
Qualifications:

Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing School with a focus on pediatric care.

Licensure: Valid State RN license or multi-state license. Current CPR certification and Driver's License required.

Experience: At least 1-2 years of RN experience, ideally in pediatric nursing or a related field.

Skills: Proficient nursing skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and knowledge of pediatric CPR and first aid.

Transportation: Reliable transportation, valid Driver's License, and auto liability insurance.

Compensation:
$32.00-$35.50 per hour
