Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at North Texas Therapy & Home Care. As a pediatric specialist, you will provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients 0-21 years of age in the comfort of their own homes or daytime facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to define patients' physical, fine motor, and sensory impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to help patients reach their highest potential
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
  • Provide education and training to staff, caregivers, and patients on occupational therapy modalities and interventions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university
  • Experience in pediatrics required; home health experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus
