Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in shaping our DevOps strategy, driving technical execution, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • DevOps Strategy and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of our DevOps roadmap, aligning it with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Infrastructure Design and Optimization: Design, build, and optimize our infrastructure, automation, and deployment pipelines to support the development and delivery of our products and services.
  • Technical Leadership and Mentoring: Drive technical excellence and best practices within the team, mentoring and coaching team members to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define solutions, and drive the implementation of infrastructure projects.
  • Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Handle day-to-day technical operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and ensure a seamless user experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in a DevOps or related role, with a strong background in infrastructure design, automation, and deployment.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform; proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Chef; experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small, high-performing team; proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for technical excellence and innovation.
