Role Overview
We are seeking seasoned professionals to become part of our expanding Global Banking Risk Consulting Practice, with a concentration on Process Risk and Controls Consulting. Candidates will join a diverse, high-performing team with extensive experience collaborating with leading US and Global Banking institutions across various roles. As a member of our Process Risk and Controls Consulting practice, you will immerse yourself in a vibrant culture that values innovative thinking, collaborative solutions, and diverse perspectives, all while offering opportunities for professional development and advancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Expertise:
Possess a deep understanding of internal control concepts and their application in varied client environments, particularly within complex global banking organizations. - Demonstrate global banking industry experience by interpreting policies, procedures, and controls of clients' business applications and technology infrastructure.
- Consult with client leadership on strategic initiatives, helping them anticipate emerging risks and opportunities.
- Independently assess and provide actionable guidance on internal controls, determining risk exposures and developing remediation strategies.
- Review documentation, evaluation, and testing of application controls across various client business processes.

- Lead risk assessment interviews and collaborate on audit plan development and execution.
- Review client deliverables and lead formal closing meetings to confirm outcomes.
Talent Development
- Encourage creative thinking and growth among colleagues, optimizing team member capabilities.
- Mentor and motivate teams to create an environment where diverse talents are nurtured.
- Assist in recruiting and developing future leaders through focused mentorship.
Business Development

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in audit or internal control roles within large global banking institutions.
- Relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA).
- Experience leading project-based work with defined objectives and timelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
