Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to enrich their lives by providing exceptional therapy services and support. You will implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans, teaching social, communication, and life skills, and collaborate with and learn from the top clinical minds in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism to provide ABA therapy services and support
  • Implement evidence-based behavior treatment plans to teach social, communication, and life skills
  • Collaborate with and learn from experienced clinicians and therapists
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1 year of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
