Position Overview
As a vital member of the Air Education and Training Command, the primary objective of this role is to execute a comprehensive range of clerical and procedural tasks related to military personnel programs and operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all elements of the passport and visa program.
- Oversee the military promotions program, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately.
- Independently complete necessary documentation for various personnel actions, including assignments, re-enlistments, extensions, discharges, separations, and retirements.
- Maintain and update records within the Personnel Data System, serving as a key resource for personnel and commanders regarding military operations.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the specialized experience requirements as outlined in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for Human Resources Assistance Series 0203.

Specialized Experience
Applicants should possess at least one year of specialized experience at the GS-05 level or equivalent. This experience should include:
- In-depth knowledge of HR regulations and procedures.
- Ability to perform diverse HR support tasks and resolve issues in various HR specialties.
- Proficiency in using office applications for document preparation and data management.
- Capability to interpret data and ensure compliance with legal and administrative standards.

Education
Graduate education directly related to this position may be considered, provided it demonstrates the necessary knowledge and skills.

Combination of Experience and Education
A combination of relevant education and experience may also qualify candidates, ensuring the total meets or exceeds 100% of the requirements.
