As a Client Services Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support and guidance. You will be part of a forward-thinking company that values transparency and client-centric communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through various communication channels.
  • Assist clients in utilizing our platform effectively by providing access to online resources and tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
  • Act as the voice of the client, identifying areas for improvement in the customer experience.
  • Evaluate client information and authorize fund transfers as needed.
  • Guide clients in understanding asset allocation and investment risk profiles.
  • Help clients analyze their investment performance and the implications of their risk choices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, or fintech.
  • Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for clients and team members.
  • Able to collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Self-motivated and quick to learn new concepts.
  • Enthusiastic about our mission and dedicated to client satisfaction.
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred (or must be obtained within three months of employment).
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $66,000 - $73,000, along with equity options. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 401K plan, generous paid time off, parental leave, wellness reimbursements, professional development opportunities, and an employee investing discount.
