Position Overview

The Parking Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to visitors, assisting them with any inquiries related to their parking experience and overall visit.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license
  • No prior experience necessary, as comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided
  • No educational qualifications such as a high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
  • Training will be conducted on-site

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with guests and visitors, introducing yourself and offering assistance with parking, directions, or any other inquiries
  • Provide hospitality services to guests, ensuring a welcoming first impression
  • Proactively address and respond to guests' needs in a friendly and positive manner
  • Communicate effectively and professionally at all times
  • Implement emergency procedures as required
  • Maintain composure and professionalism when interacting with dissatisfied guests
  • Stay informed about relevant products, policies, and procedures
  • Guide customers to the appropriate department based on their requirements
  • Collaborate as a team player, contributing to the success of all departments
  • Participate in all mandatory meetings and training sessions
  • Strive to provide the highest levels of customer service at all times
