Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently, prioritizing customer satisfaction and ensuring the security of all vehicles entrusted to our care.
  • Maintain a clean and well-managed valet area, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Utilize our innovative in-house software to empower you to assist customers and deliver real-time information to clients.
Requirements
  • Available to work on-call shifts from 10:00pm - 7:00am.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to pass a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
  • Capability to run, retrieve vehicles, and lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
  • Preferred, but not required: ability to drive a standard (stick-shift) vehicle.
  • Ability to use personal cell phone for work purposes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport luggage, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
