Parking Services Associate - Music City Center


This position is essential for managing customer service interactions related to parking operations. Responsibilities include responding to radio communications regarding service requests, ensuring the functionality of parking equipment, and maintaining appropriate signage and pricing structures. The role also involves supervising contracted parking personnel and overseeing revenue collection during special events, addressing any equipment issues, and upholding the cleanliness of the parking facility through regular maintenance tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and trash disposal.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer service inquiries via radio communication.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot parking equipment.
  • Ensure proper signage and parking rates are displayed.
  • Oversee contracted staff and revenue during events.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of the parking garage.
  • Patrol parking areas to enforce regulations and provide security.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience with large-scale scrubber/sweeper operation preferred.
  • Familiarity with Amano-McGann access and control systems is a plus.
