Job Title: Aiml Sr Engineering Program Manager

At Apple, we're looking for a talented Engineering Program Manager to join our Siri Perception team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience of Siri and driving the development of new end-to-end experiences that delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and drive early engagements on product architecture, feature definition, and program execution.
  • Collaborate with all partner organizations relevant for a project.
  • Provide clear, timely, and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to the executive team.
  • Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from the project team.
  • Create and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path, and systematic methodology to communicate status.
  • Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant.
  • Drive on-time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates.
  • Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources necessary to attack and resolve.
  • Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and track risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in product or program management.
  • Excellent project management skills, including project structuring and managing multiple work streams interdependently.
  • Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and independently manage complex project objectives.
  • Ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations, and communication strategies, and influence.
  • Strong analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with voice assistant technology and shipping ML-powered end-user products.
