Main Responsibilities:- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
- Accommodate scheduling, registration, and access needs efficiently.
- Facilitate open communication channels for patient feedback, complaints, and compliments.
- Collaborate with management to address patient concerns and implement improvements.
- Communicate effectively with front desk and technologists to prevent delays.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups.
- A strong sense of personal responsibility, initiative, and professionalism.
