Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vascular Access Nurse Specialist to join our team at our Brooklyn location. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting physicians in vascular-access procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide direct nursing care pre, during, and post-procedure">
  • Assist physicians in vascular-access procedures">
  • Perform IV insertion and administer medications as directed by physicians">
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care">
  • Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities to enhance patient outcomes">

Requirements

">

To be considered for this role, you should have:

">
  • ">
  • 4-6 years of experience in ambulatory surgical center/vascular access, cardiac cath lab, or a combination of ASC, surgical, interventional radiology, and ICU/CCU or emergency department settings">
  • Proficient in IV insertion, cardiac rhythm recognition, and medical database software">
  • Current appropriate state licensure and ACLS certification">
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills">

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $60.00-$80.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. This position requires day-shift work only, with no call, evening shifts, night shifts, holidays, or Saturday hours.
