Healthcare Specialist

TemPositions Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in need and manage the delivery of multidisciplinary healthcare services.
About the Role
You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, communicating effectively with medical professionals, and managing your caseload to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care. Additionally, you will be expected to establish a plan of care, monitor the effectiveness of treatment plans, and make adjustments as needed. Other key responsibilities include assisting patients with daily activities, coordinating patient discharges, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have licensure to practice as a registered professional nurse in New York State and a minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
