Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our dynamic team at Ron Mathai - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and supporting the success of our agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Provide assistance with insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claim submissions.
  • Manage customer interactions with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
