Key Responsibilities- Visit patients in their homes and nursing facilities to provide compassionate and professional personal care.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and ambulation.
- Support patients with light household chores and meal preparation.
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current certification in Texas.
- At least two years of experience in a hospice setting preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, and ability to follow clinical directions.
