Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Hospice Chaplain to join our team. As a Hospice Chaplain, you will play a vital role in providing spiritual support and care to our patients and their families. This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
  • Provide spiritual support and care to patients and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized spiritual care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance spiritual care skills
  • Assist in the development of spiritual care policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in theology, religion, human services, counseling, psychology, or sociology
  • One unit of Association of Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc. (ACPE)-accredited CPE
  • Two years of active work in spiritual care ministry/program
