Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize the CRM system daily to document all essential contact interactions and oversee the sales process.
  • Manage the contract process by establishing rapport and addressing client objections effectively.
  • Respond promptly to all incoming leads and client inquiries.
  • Conduct research on investment and partnership models, real estate market trends, and prepare necessary documentation such as letters of intent and contracts.
  • Facilitate seamless transactions between buyers and sellers.
  • Engage with a substantial number of warm leads daily.
  • Develop and convert leads into signed agreements.
  • Secure signed contracts via phone communication.
  • Craft offers that align with our business framework.
  • Close real estate transactions efficiently.
  • Provide insights on enhancing and streamlining our sales process.
Qualifications:
  • A four-year degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • A passion for sales with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent phone etiquette.
  • Preferred experience in Real Estate Acquisitions/Sales: 2 years.
  • Required experience in Outbound Sales: 2 years.
  • Preferred experience in Lead Management: 3 years.
