Key Responsibilities- Implement and coordinate the culinary function, ensuring high-quality food preparation and production.
- Direct and train cooks and utility workers to maintain operational standards.
- Manage catering and retail areas, ensuring exceptional customer and client satisfaction.
- Oversee financial management, including food cost and labor management.
- Implement and manage food and physical safety programs.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or a related field.
- 2 years of basic management experience in food or culinary services.
- 2 years of work experience in a high-volume, quality-focused operation, preferably in a campus environment.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards with regard to sanitation, quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Experience in managing and developing successful teams.
- Proven ability to lead and drive systems and processes within a high-volume food environment.
- Culinary degree preferred.
