  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of technology transitions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of existing technology environments to identify potential challenges and opportunities for optimization.
  • Define and document transition processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure transition alignment with industry standards and security protocols.
  • Manage communication between internal teams and federal clients, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure the successful transfer of knowledge from incumbent contractors to support teams and end users.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience, including 4 years of program management experience, demonstrating a proven track record in managing complex projects and initiatives.
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in leading large-scale federal program transitions or start-ups following contract awards, including relevant transition experience within the last 2 years.
  • Ability to provide on-site support during critical phases of the transition, demonstrating hands-on leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in team settings, close collaboration with customers, technical subject matter experts, program managers, proposal managers, and business development teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and business acumen.
  • Current/Active Secret Security Clearance.

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
