KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide consultation and training for parents, educators, and community members.
  • Collaborate with all team members involved in the child's educational setting.
  • Conduct client observations.
  • Perform functional behavior assessments, including functional analyses.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of clients' behavior intervention plans.
  • Develop and execute skills acquisition programming.
  • Offer feedback and supervision to RBTs.
  • Collect, graph, and analyze data.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred emphasis in Behavior Analysis).
  • Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Effective problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Physically capable of responding quickly, walking or jogging short distances, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
