Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
- Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) staff.
- Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Current BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the exam within one month.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA principles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
