Position Overview

Are you passionate about enhancing the lives of children with autism? If you are seeking a rewarding role that offers flexible part-time hours, this opportunity may be for you.

We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and support for you to become a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). During your training, you will receive compensation at a rate of $12.25 per hour. Upon certification, your pay will increase to $15.75 per hour, with a potential range of $15.75 to $18.25 per hour based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist children with autism in various settings, under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts.
  • Implement educational programs, teach essential life skills, and execute behavioral interventions.
  • Gather data, complete session documentation, and maintain communication with the Behavior Analyst regarding the child's progress.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Pass a drug screening.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training and achieve certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board within 90 days of employment.
