Join our team of skilled professionals at Engineering Specialists, Inc. as an Industrial Control Panel Builder. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and testing complex industrial control panels. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build industrial control panels from start to finish, following electrical schematics and specifications.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand project requirements and ensure timely completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to project timeline, quality, and functionality.
- Conduct field service work at customer locations, including travel up to 15% of the time.
- Improve quality of work and personal productivity on a continuous basis.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in building and wiring industrial control panels.
- Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Must be familiar with Electrical Codes and UL.
- Must hold a valid driver's license with ability to travel to other work or customer locations.
The work environment is light industrial, with exposure to a moderate level of noise. Daily operations include the use of basic power tools, hand tools, and repetitive hand motion in manipulating electrical wires.
