Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of performance improvement activities within the department and assistance with formulation of budget for the department
Requirements:
  • Minimum of two years supervisory/management experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Surgical Nursing
  • Current PALS (AHA) certification for those facilities caring for pediatric population
