Lead the Way with CLINT MCLAIN

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Agent. As a leader in our organization, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to service our existing client base, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing client base with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through B2B relationships and referrals.
  • Supervise and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Utilize Salesforce-based CRM to track and report on daily field activity.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
Licensing Requirements:
  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
