CLINT MCLAIN is seeking a driven professional to join our organization as a key leader. With 120 years of experience in the industry, we are committed to excellence and innovation.

This role involves learning our process to service our existing 2,000 business clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You will lead a small team in performing these tasks and become an expert in training and developing team members. As you master our systems and process, you will be poised for advancement to the Agency Director role.

This is a weekly paid position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and grow our existing client base.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Supervise and lead team activity and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems.
  • Provide daily reporting of field activity using our CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.


Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
